A FREE "Tulip Frame" file for you!



Ok y'all..........I've been attempting to learn the Makes the Cut software by doing Julie Flanagan's tutorial from her Makes the Cut Yahoo Group and she is a marvelous teacher!  I also decided it was time that I started sharing some of the files I design from here at my blog.  I will be sharing them in SVG, STUDIO, MTC and WPC formats.
