Birthday Card for my sweet Niece, Missy!!!

I designed this card sometime back, but did not get it posted here because the Post Office took 13 days to deliver it about 2 1/2 hours away.....can you believe that!!!!

This card was mainly created by using my new toy, the WRMK "Foil Quill" and I had a blast making it!!!  Here are some photos and down below you can see my supply list!
