To start with, I have a Simon Says die (Cosmos Flower Frame) that was way too small for my card design, so I made a cut file of it and upped the size to 5 inches for the main focus of my card front and cut it with my Cricut Maker! The watercolor background was done using Tim Holtz Distress Oxide inks (oh how I love them!!!) and Heide Swapp Color Shines. Also, I did not make the balloon...it was one I have had in my stash for a long time. You can't really tell by my photo, but the "Happy Birthday" was foiled.

Signature label. My dear friend Peggy Dollar gifted my some really cool "torn paper" dies for Christmas and I used some of them for this label and for the envelope.......thanks Peggy!!!
